COIL COATINGS FOR BUILDING COMPONENTS
Durapon 70™ a full 70% PVDF offers the industry long-term protection for color and gloss retention for roofing and sidewall applications. Ideal for high profile and monumental type buildings, Durapon 70 incorporates DuPont™ Teflon® surface protector which makes your buildings look new longer. Durapon 70 offers the best hardness and flexibility ratio available in the marketplace, including greater scratch and mar resistance than the well-known old-generation PVDF coatings. Durapon 70 handles post forming operations, transit abrasion and installation scratching, scuffing and marring with ease because it’s both harder and more flexible that other coatings. Durapon 70 includes Teflon® to insure better stain resistance and cleanability. Teflon® is a registered trademark of E.I. Du Pont de Nemours and Company, used under license by Dura Coat Products.- XT-40S Ceranamel™ is a hybrid custom coil coating that is as tough as nails, yet as smooth as silk. Formulated with Dura Coat Products proprietary resin system, Ceranamal’s ceramic/porcelain-type finish is harder and more resistant to abrasions and stains than any comparable conventional coating.
- XT-30 Ceranamel Super Tough coatings are custom hybrid polyester coatings designed to provide improved hardness and scratch, scuff, and stain resistance. XT-30 finishes, when applied over DC 477 Global Primer, are excellent for exterior and interior applications like Ag Sheet and HVAC.
- XT-20S Silicone Modified Polyesters provides long-term exterior protection of roof and side panels on metal buildings. Warranted for 25 years, the special high durability polyester resin is modified with silicone for better color and gloss retention where an SMP is specified.
- XT-20S High Durability Polyesters offers protection from the elements for side and roof panels and other building components. These 20-Year warranted polyesters outperform competitors’ warranted polyesters.
- XT-10 Architectural Polyesters are economical exterior coatings that do not require the long-term color and gloss retention characteristics of premium coatings.
COIL COATINGS FOR GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE
Dura Coat Products coil coatings are applied to Cold Rolled Steel, Aluminum, Hot Dipped Galvanized and Galvalume® for many end uses such as closet hardware, window and door frames, lighting fixtures, electronic enclosures, appliances, gutter and accessories, garage door, screen frame and ceiling grid.
ZT II “Zero-T” Coatings are designed for painted parts that require extreme forming capabilities. The unique upgraded resin allows true 0-T bends on light gauge steel and aluminum. Zero-T is different because it maintains an “H” pencil hardness to resist scratching and marring – ideal for a wide range of products, closet hardware, door and window frames, office furniture, etc.- DC1500 Series High Reflectance White provides high reflectance values at low film thicknesses. These coatings run at fast line speeds, are recoatable, non-yellowing and flexible producing a quality finish with great applied cost for commodity items.
- DC400 Series Primers – DC410 Chrome Free Primer has been in commercial use for many years and is a leading product in an international study of chrome free technology.
- DC 477 Global Primer – DC 477 is a polyester-based primer designed to work over difficult substrate and provide exceptional flexibility and adhesion to all top coat coating systems. DC 477 is an excellent choice for a universal primer that can be used on all coil coating substrates.
